As a jury member in MasterChef India Delhi auditions for the past five seasons, he has evaluated and mentored some of the finest culinary talents. A multi-cuisine chef with expertise in bakery and confectionery, he ensures students master essential techniques while fostering creativity and innovation in the kitchen.

A seasoned professional with expertise in global cuisine, Chef Nitin has worked in Dubai, London, and Shanghai, gaining international exposure in the culinary world. With over a decade of experience at India Habitat Center, he has honed his skills as a well-known Pan-Asian chef.
